Job Title
Airfoil RTS Specialist
Responsibilities
* Release and certification of parts and modules for assembly (CFM‑56, LEAP, GTF, PW‑4000)
* Quality and quantity inspection of engine parts, including completeness and modification checks
* Verification of SAP Onlog structure and installation sheets for accuracy
* Inspection of completed modifications on parts and components
* Technical and administrative task completion according to guidelines
* On‑time delivery of work while maintaining the highest quality standards
* Use of Lean and Six Sigma methods (e.g., 5S, Root Cause Analysis) to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
* Completed technical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
* Certification license ("E1") available or in progress
* At least 3 years of experience in a quality‑driven industry, ideally in MRO
* Quality‑ and safety‑focused, with a precise and independent working style
* Strong communication skills; team‑oriented, disciplined, and responsible
* Willingness to work in a 2‑shift system
* English level B2; proficiency in German is an advantage
