Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of marketing plans to both improve awareness and adoption of our capabilities and products across the region.
* Leverage internal and external sources to gather product, channel and competitor insights and make recommendations to drive distribution and market share.
* Maintain broad industry ad market knowledge and apply to plans.
* Create targeted messaging and build the brand across content, digital, email, events, PR and media.
* Demonstrate initiative and creativity.
* Manage budget and internal resources effectively
* Employ a data-driven measurement approach and communicate and apply learnings.
* Partner with PR/corporate communications experts.
* Balance efficient centralized production of product materials, consistent global brand messaging and regional campaigns with effective localization by country or client needs.
Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in wealth/intermediary marketing within the investment management industry.
* Understanding of the Swiss, German and Austrian marketplace – Including regulatory and legislative landscape.
* Native written and spoken command of the German and English languages is essential
* Demonstrated success developing channel marketing initiatives in Switzerland, Germany and Austria that increase brand awareness and sales.
* Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
* Excellent project management/organizational skills.
* Proven stakeholder management skills
* Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity; continuously seek out ways to improve upon and elevate effective marketing strategies.
* Passion for working in a creative and collaborative environment.
* Experience of working as a part of a global team.
* Knowledge of UCITS and local fund regulations
* People management experience is desirable
