Account Manager (m/w/d) Biosciences - French & Italian Speaking - Part Time/Full Time
We’re looking for a sales professional as Product Specialist to grow BD’s Biosciences portfolio across the Romandy and Ticino research and clinical markets. You’ll own the full commercial cycle from prospecting and demos through close and post‑sales, partnering closely with Field Application Specialists and Service to deliver outcomes for leading hospitals, universities, biotech and CRO customers. Product exposure will include flow cytometry instruments and reagents, such as BD FACSDiscover ™ and FACSLyric ™, informatics, such as FlowJo ™, and single cell multiomics, such as the BD Rhapsody ™.

Key Responsibilities
* Achieve annual sales; maintain healthy pipeline coverage and accurate monthly forecasts on CRM platform.
* Build and strengthen relationships with key decision‑makers (laboratory and administrative) by applying a customer‑centric approach.
* Lead territory planning, account mapping, competitive displacement, tender/bid submissions, pricing proposals and contract negotiations.
* Run high‑quality product presentations and coordinate instrument demos and evaluations alongside FAS; translate application needs into solutions, panels and workflows to maximize reagent attach and utilization.
* Drive post‑install success: reagent/routine adoption plans, customer onboarding, training coordination, and service/CS handoffs to protect NPS and expand share of wallet.
* Orchestrate internal stakeholders to remove barriers and deliver on time/in full.
* Keep meticulous CRM hygiene, adhere to BD Code of Conduct and local compliance requirements.
Job Requirements
* Scientific/Laboratory background, preferably in biology with a focus on cell biology and immunology.
* Prior experience with flow cytometry and/or single cell multiomics.
* Self‑starter with disciplined territory management; willing to travel frequently across territory.
* Ability to build trust‑based relationships through empathy, integrity, and personal engagement.
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); German is an advantage.
Preferred Experience & Skills
* Technical & Commercial Expertise: ~3+ years in capital equipment and reagent sales or technical/commercial roles in flow cytometry or cell analysis; confident in pre‑ and post‑sales engagement and instrument demonstrations.
* Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in consultative selling and achieving revenue targets.
* Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Swiss healthcare and research ecosystem, including public procurement processes; proven ability to win competitive conversions.

Salary Range: CHF 95,600.00 – CHF 145,775.00 (annual)
