Your tasks:
* Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules according to company requirements
* Design and architect ServiceNow solutions while following best practices
* Advise and support customers and internal teams in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow processes
* Conduct requirements analysis and create technical specifications in collaboration with business units
* Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and automate business processes
* Optimize workflows, integration, automation, and monitoring within the ServiceNow platform
* Create technical documentation, train users, and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team
* Ensure system stability, perform error analysis, and continuously optimize the ServiceNow platform
Your profile:
* Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
* Experienced ServiceNow DevOps Engineering
* Solid knowledge of ServiceNow technologies such as Flow Designer, Scripting (JavaScript), Integration Hub, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps
* Profound experience with data model adaptions in ServiceNow
* Experience with ServiceNow architecture and design, as well as implementing best practices
* Knowledge of connecting ServiceNow to third-party systems via APIs and interfaces (REST, SOAP)
* Expertise in microservices architectures and data modeling
* Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a structured work approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, combined with a customer-oriented mindset
* Very good knowledge of English is essential, knowledge of German or French is an advantage
