* Develop efficient, low-latency systems to process market data and execute orders reliably.
* Design, improve, and maintain trading applications while collaborating closely with business teams.
* Apply best engineering practices in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.
* At least 3 years of experience in development
* Strong communication skills with business teams and clients
* Proficiency in C++
* Rust experience is a big plus - C++ developers open to learning Rust are very welcome
* Interest in learning and improving trading algorithms
* Fluent in English - German & French - a plus
* Passion for writing clean, reliable, and scalable code
* Hands-on, flexible attitude with a true start-up spirit
