The main purpose of the role is to develop relationships with existing and new clients, generate revenue, and fulfil existing roles. Key Responsibilities
* Focus on clients and candidates on building and developing long‑term relationships.
* Cover account management and delivery.
* Generating and sharing leads in order to widen business scope/opportunities.
* Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods.
* All aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including screening, interviewing, and managing candidate experience.
Candidate Profile
* Previous sales/recruitment or BD experience.
* Previous experience with customers could be an advantage.
* Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates.
* Sales‑driven mindset, achievement‑oriented.
* Independent person with good organisational skills.
