We are seeking an experienced Pizzaiolo to join our team and lead our pizza kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will combine authentic pizza-making skills with strong leadership abilities to ensure exceptional food quality and kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Prepare and cook authentic pizzas using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients
 * Lead and manage a small kitchen team, providing training and guidance to junior staff
 * Oversee daily kitchen operations including ingredient preparation, cooking, and service coordination
 * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations
 * Manage inventory and coordinate ingredient ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
 * Interact professionally with guests, answering questions about menu items and accommodating special requests
 * Ensure consistent food quality and presentation during all service periods
Requirements:
 * Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo with demonstrated pizza-making expertise
 * Previous experience managing and training kitchen staff
 * Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
 * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
 * Customer service skills and comfortable with guest interactions
 * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
 * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
