Junior CRM Merchandising Coordinator (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
* CRM & Campaign Management: Plan, create, and deploy newsletters and CRM campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-brand execution
* Campaign Execution & Coordination: Manage end-to-end campaign production, including asset collection (copy, imagery, product data) and alignment with Marketing, E-Commerce, Stores, and Creative teams
* Performance & Insights: Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting, deriving insights to support continuous optimization
* Merchandising & Content: Support product selection and storytelling in CRM campaigns, aligned with inventory levels, sell‑through priorities, and luxury brand positioning
* Cross‑functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact across teams, ensuring structured workflows, clear timelines, and smooth delivery of CRM activations
Qualifications
* 0–2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or e‑commerce, with familiarity in Microsoft Dynamics or similar tools
* Understanding of merchandising principles with a strong sense for luxury product presentation
* Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and confident use of Microsoft Office
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset
* Fluent in English & German, Italian is a plus
