Project Coordinator
The role of Project Coordinator is to oversee the successful delivery of a major ERP project. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the different phases of the ERP project (analysis, design, testing, deployment, support).
* Act as a liaison between business teams, IT teams, and external providers.
* Contribute to defining functional and technical requirements.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and propose corrective action plans.
* Organize and facilitate steering committees, follow-up meetings, and daily interactions with stakeholders.
* Support change management for end-users (communication, training, documentation).
* Develop SQL queries and contribute to ERP data/database management.
* Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of ProConcept interfaces with other IT systems and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong command of ProConcept (Fortero) ERP environment mandatory.
* Solid experience in ERP project management methodology, coordination, reporting.
* Strong skills in databases and SQL language.
* Knowledge of interfaced ERP environments EDI, BI, CRM, etc.
* Fluency in English.
