Your Responsibilities
Create transparency and visualization of defects and non-conformities to support the defect culture/Q-Mindset inside the organization.
Review, verify, and update product & process control plans, including reaction plans, and create them if not existing.
Support the production organization in analyzing non-conformities and implementing immediate and corrective actions, including customer-related issues.
Manage and support task forces for specific production issues.
Conduct statistical evaluations, SPC, capability studies (complaints, manufacturing, assembly, and test bench data).
Prepare regular KPI reports and assist with internal and external audits.
Support change management processes and FMEAs.
Assist in internal and customer sample inspection reports (VDA/PPAP).
Manage concessions for production-related non-conformities and ensure non-recurrence.
Your Profile
Hold a Master’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with good knowledge of quality.
Good knowledge of statistical analysis.
Familiar with quality methods and tools: Pareto, QRQC, 8D, ISHIKAWA, PDCA, FTA, FMEA, Lean-6Sigma, with a high appetite for quality and continuous improvement.
Fluent in French and English; good knowledge of German is an asset.
Familiar with software tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Minitab.
Enjoy teamwork, have a synthesis and analysis mindset, pay attention to details, and show responsibility and commitment to tasks and missions.
