Drive innovation in HVAC and Building Automation by turning great ideas into impactful solutions. In this role, you connect technology, market trends and internal stakeholders to shape the next generation of products and applications.
What You'll Do
Support exploration and innovation projects with deep HVAC and Building Automation expertise.
Manage the intake and evaluation of product ideas submitted via the Idea Portal.
Engage with idea originators to fully understand the idea, its purpose, and the underlying customer problem.
Organize and facilitate ad-hoc cross-functional teams to assess, refine, and mature ideas.
Prepare and deliver compelling idea pitches to relevant business units for decisions and next steps.
Stay up to date on emerging HVAC and Building Automation applications, technologies, and industry trends.
Act as an internal advocate for promising ideas through inspiring communication and internal marketing.
Foster an innovation culture by building consensus, securing support, and keeping idea generators informed.
Who You Are
University or university of applied sciences degree in a relevant technical field.
Several years of appied professional experience in the HVAC and Building Automation industry, e.g in system integration or HVAC planning & engineering.
Strong self-management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proactive, initiative-driven approach and structured, process-oriented work style.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and commercial thinking abilities.
High commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Fluent English
