Overview
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Senior Program Manager - Aseptic Manufacturing Capex Investment. Cilag AG manufactures high quality pharmaceutical products, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and medical devices. The Schaffhausen facility is a strategic launch and growth site for parenteral products, and we have an impressive pipeline of new and innovative products.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the execution of a major investment program at J&J IM Schaffhausen, including funding, design, construction, commissioning, qualification, startup and regulatory approval of the facility.
* Establish roles and responsibilities for all core team members and organize core team meetings.
* Develop and execute final project objectives.
* Lead and facilitate program / site leadership alignment meeting.
* Manage relationships with sponsor and senior leadership through regular reviews.
* Manage relationships with Engineering firms, supporting the project.
* Identify and manage risk throughout project.
* Remove barriers to success and be available to support the team and project managers.
* Formally close project and recognize success including benchmarking.
* Lead the program communication process.
* Ensure required program financials and schedule controls. Cashflow management is crucial.
* Responsible and accountable for the safe execution of job activities in compliance with EHS guidelines, sustainability, regulatory (cGMP), corporate site and team practices and procedures.
* Handle communications with external regulatory authorities and the local community to ensure alignment with project objectives.
* Maintain relationship with corporate organizations and interface between Project Team, E&PS, Site Operations and Global Planning for new capacity ramp up.

Qualifications
Education
* University degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical or Chemical discipline.
Experience and Skills
* A minimum of 10 years of related business experience and a proven track record in Project Engineering in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
* Experience of managing large capital projects > 50 MM CHF.
* Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
* Familiarity with project management approaches, engineering processes and design thinking methodology. Certification in FPX or Lean processes are a plus.
* Detailed knowledge of aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
* Managerial experience in leading teams.
* Self-driven, well-organized and able to set own targets.
* Decisiveness, brainpower and aim to take care of various issues and projects simultaneously.
* Collaboration with others and work well in project teams.

* Language skills: Fluency (oral and written) in German and English with exceptional communication skills.
* This role may require occasional regional travel, as needed (less than 20%).
