Responsibilities
Strategic management and further development of key customers.
Build long‑term partnerships, identify growth opportunities and develop customer‑specific solutions that deliver real value.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute significantly to company success.
Sales management: up‑/cross‑selling, proactive acquisition of new customers, qualification of leads, and control of the entire sales process.
Negotiation until contract signing and ensuring delivery of committed services.
Strong networking within the buying center and acquisition of critical customer and market information.
Account planning, forecasting and comprehensive customer coverage.
Project oversight and strategic market development.
Identification of market trends and derivation of business opportunities.
Development of new revenue sources and exploitation of new market potentials.
Customer‑relationship management and satisfaction: systematic implementation of the relationship strategy, quality of customer data in the CRM, promotion of customer satisfaction through regular interaction.
Lifecycle management and renewal of customer contracts.
Strategic leadership of virtual account teams.
Financial management: financial overview/control in collaboration with controlling, target/budget responsibility for customers and prospects.
Skills
Technical and business‑administrative education or further training.
Sales professional for complex solutions.
Multi‑year experience in the ICT sector (Carrier & Integration).
Track record: New business and account management.
Enterprise customer segments.
German and English (oral and written – very good).
