Your responsibilities
To support already existing and new GxP services at the UZH/USZ, the goal is to establish centralized GxP platform to support promotion and customer acquisition for services offered by member institutions' GxP facilities. Establish and manage centralized GxP platform supporting already existing and new GxP services
Definition and implementation of all operational measures
Defining, modifying and managing the short, medium and long-term growth strategy for the current and future GxP services, considering the current market landscape and future trends
Recognizing and creating business development opportunities
Acquiring, deepening and expanding relationships with key customers
Clerk service for GxP project customers, connecting customer with the respective GxP facility
Close collaboration and good cooperation with all levels of the organization (especially with member institutions' GxP facilities)

Completed academic education
Commercial business acumen
Sales & marketing experience
