Key Responsibilities
* Act as data analyst responsible for the elaboration and curation of critical data dictionaries and data models, as well as data quality monitoring for key applications.
* Work with multiple stakeholders to gather information on data requirements, business definitions and data structures, and elaborate data dictionaries for selected tables of main applications in line with bank standards.
* Document data models and authoritative data sources, including data flows, and provide an overview of conceptual, logical and physical data models for specific data domains.
* Collaborate with the central data management team for validation and upload of metadata into the Enterprise Data Catalogue, and roll out Data Governance GMC and local key controls with appropriate metrics.
* Conduct small-scale data analysis to support reconciliations and the evaluation of data quality.
Required Experience and Skills
* BSc/BA diploma preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a relevant field, with proven working experience in data analysis and hands‑on experience in metadata management.
* Knowledge of data governance tools such as Collibra and data modelling tools such as Hackolade, plus familiarity with data visualization software such as Tableau.
* Strong ability to work with various stakeholders, capturing data requirements and business definitions, and documenting data structures, models and data flows.
* Resilience and determination, with good organizational skills and good presentation skills.
* Ability to support rollout of data governance controls and metrics, and to contribute to an enterprise data catalogue and data quality framework.
