Job Description Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an intern to join our R&D clinical manufacturing team located in Schaffhausen.
Position Overview – Tasks & Responsibilities This internship offers hands‑on support to a highly innovative continuous manufacturing project within a technology and innovation team, embedded in the clinical manufacturing facility in Schaffhausen, and includes engaging laboratory‑based activities alongside exposure to advanced manufacturing concepts in a GMP environment.
Your Tasks Will Be Assist in the implementation of various projects, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to timelines.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, analyze information, and provide actionable insights.
Participate in team meetings, providing updates and contributing to discussions on project progress.
Prepare reports and presentations, summarizing project status and outcomes.
Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Familiarity with laboratory work including planning and executing experiments.
Qualifications – Education and Experience A completed bachelor’s or ongoing bachelor/master’s degree in life sciences (biomedical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, medicine) and engineering (mechanical, process or biotechnology).
Expertise and knowledge of the healthcare system and its clinical environment.
Qualifications – Skills A high level of enthusiasm and a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry.
Very good German and English skills; other languages are a plus.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and/or other data‑management tools.
Ability to understand scientific data and translate this into a practical narrative.
Team spirit, creativity, proactivity and strong organizational talent.
