As a member of the Local Controlling Team, your role partners directly with FIN Business Partner DS as well as the other local Controlling Team members. Your responsibilities:
1. Business Partner to various departments incl. Operational cost controlling and variance analysis and commenting
2. Coordination and consolidation of month-end reporting
3. Coordination and consolidation of local budgeting and other planning processes
4. Management of reporting packages and dashboard maintenance
5. Management of data validation and accuracy
6. Project management and/or support for business cases, continuous improvement initiatives (cost savings, productivity etc.)
Your profile:
7. Bachelor's degree, higher or equivalent in business/finance/accounting or related field
8. Multiple years of business focused finance positions ideally in pharmaceutical production and manufacturing operations
9. Experience with multi-national/global companies in Pharma or Biotech Sector
10. Proficient in ERP / SAP S4 Systems, additionally FI/CO/MM/PP functionalities would be an advantage
11. Experienced in working with visualization tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud
12. Great knowledge in performance management and generating decision-making insights
13. Independent and hands-on working stile with strong communicating and storytelling skills and the ability to collaborate closely across the business
14. Fluent in English (written and spoken) good knowledge of German is an advantage
