Our regional Education Events teams are responsible for the planning, delivery, and on-site execution of all our educational events. /p Employment type / Anstellungsverhältnis: Temporary Workload percentage / Pensum: 100% Location / Standort: p Davos Platz, CH /p Experience level / gewünschtes Erfahrungsniveau: Experienced professional Application language / Bewerbungssprache: English or German ppbbMain Responsibilities /b /b /p /p liSupport event deployment and logistics (pre-, on-site and post- event) /li liProvide operational and administrative support for all related event activities and maintain activities in the event management system /li liManage event participants for assigned educational events /li liSupport the events execution on-site as a backup of the Event Owners /li liHelp to facilitate smooth collaboration within Operational Teams (Event Owners and Event Specialists) /li liManage the collaboration with local agencies / suppliers /li liAct as the cost expert of the events (manage the expenses) /li liDrive invoice handling and PL reporting /li liManage CME accreditation /li liManage compliance approval and data in Concerto /li liManage event closing for final reconciliation. /li liAssigned event(s) within in the cluster and support in managing the budget for the assigned events /li ppbbMain Requirements /b /b /p /p liBachelor degree in relevant field (e.g., hospitality, event management, public relations, communications, marketing) or higher Education “Fachausweis“ /li liProven record of professional experience in event organization or project management (3-5 years) /li liExperience in medical events/course organization would be an advantage /li liStrong organizational-, project- and event management skills /li liGood communication skills and ability to build and maintain relations with Health Care Professional at all levels and broader stakeholders /li liGood problem solving and strong analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize task /li liA collaborative, solution-focused approach, ability to collaborate well with others and work cross-functionally across the organization /li liEffective Team player skills through consistent reliability and effective support /li liKnowledge and proven experience of relevant systems /li liFluent written and verbal English.
