About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Responsibilities
* Establish income/expenditure budgets, forecasts and plans, in close co‑operation with the Country Manager and with other department managers;
* Monitor, review and control accounting procedures and processes to ensure compliance with Group accounting standards while respecting the Statutory Account local rules, liaising with any provider of services to ensure timeliness and integrity of financial information at all stages;
* Manage treasury operations in accordance with the directions of the Central Treasury Department.
* Assure the accuracy, compliance and timely production of all internal and external (Headquarters and Corporate bodies) financial statements and reports;
* Guarantee proper bookkeeping processing of all fiscal operations and manage relations with tax consultants, auditors and tax authorities, in coordination with the Central Tax Manager.
Additionally, he/she is responsible for procurement in terms of:
* Maintain updated the local Procurement procedure, monitoring and supporting the involved Departments in its application;
* Define and update the contents of the Procurement controls - Level 1. and 2.1;
* Guarantee the Procurement Reporting.
Internal Normative Responsibility:
* Internal Normative Unit framework monitoring;
* Drafting Internal Normative documents (new and updates);
* Managing the document approval process including the presentation to the Staff / Management Meeting;
* Carrying out the document’s yearly revalidation process;
* Carrying out gap analysis between Internal Normative documents and other documents like group policies, external documents etc. (on demand).
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field
* 5 - 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in automotive business area
Required Skills
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Detail‑oriented and analytical
* Language: fluent in English, German and French. Italian is a plus
* Strong analytical mindset with a problem‑solving attitude
