What to expect from this role
* You will serve our Italian- and German-speaking clients and be responsible for processing and clarifying their claims in collaboration with medical and legal services.
* You will conduct all necessary investigations for the assessment of benefits claims from death and disability cases.
* You will handle the payments of insured benefits, including calculation, reserving, and monitoring.
* You will write correspondence in Italian and German and manage our telephone customer service in these languages.
What you bring to the role
* You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally within an insurance company.
* You have some initial professional experience in claims management, especially in individual life insurance.
* You possibly hold additional training in the medical field.
* You are a team player and possess an independent working style.
* You have very good German and Italian skills; any additional language is a plus.
