24translate Switzerland (part of DigitalTolk Group) is seeking a Key Account Manager to execute our Swiss market strategy and support the next phase of growth. We're building the DACH region's most advanced language services platform, combining 25 years of translation heritage with Nordic digital innovation and market‑leading AI.
Your Mission
You will take full responsibility for the strategic management and development of our key business clients across Switzerland. Your objective: sustainable growth through strong client relationships, structured account development, and solution‑oriented selling.
What You'll Do
Account Management & Growth
* Manage, retain, and grow a defined portfolio of key accounts
* Develop and execute tailored account plans
* Identify cross‑ and upselling opportunities (translation, AI services, legal translation, interpretation)
Strategic Consulting
* Analyze client needs, business models, and market environments
* Position our hybrid human‑AI solutions as premium offerings
* Act as a trusted advisor at both operational and strategic levels
Proposals & Negotiation
* Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on commercial offers
* Coordinate complex client projects in close collaboration with Operations
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships
* Work with Bid Management team to respond to Swiss public procurement opportunities
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
* Serve as the central commercial point of contact for your accounts
* Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, and Management teams
What Success Looks Like (Year 1)
* Clear revenue growth within your existing account portfolio
* Acquisition of 3–5 new strategic clients
* Building a strong and qualified sales pipeline
* High customer satisfaction and long‑term contract retention
Your Profile
Must Have
* 3–7+ years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management
* Proven success in selling and managing consultative or service‑based solutions
* Strong commercial mindset with customer‑centric thinking
* Fluent German and business‑level English (French is a strong plus)
Nice to Have
* Experience in fast‑growing scale‑up or M&A integration environment
* Background in language services, translation, localisation, or interpretation
* Public sector sales expertise (Schweizer Bundesverwaltung, cantons, municipalities)
* Familiarity with AI/ML applications and digital transformation
