The Nordwand Group is looking for one of their clients in Zurich for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and hands-on support across computer systems, software, and hardware.
Key responsibilities:
* Helpdesk / Desktop inhouse support
* Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software
* Performing system upgrades
* Managing IT assets, and assisting users with technical issues
* Microsoft Active Directory and user management
* Set up operating systems on PC / laptops
* Desk moves, setting up laptops, mobiles, printers, networking issues, DNS
* Working on many small projects running through IT
* User / account provisioning, creates, modifies, disables and deletes user accounts and their profiles across IT infrastructure and business applications
We require someone with excellent spoken English as you will be customer facing. You will need to be able to manage yourself and workload.
To be considered for this position your profile will already include:
* 5 years + experience in a desktop / helpdesk position
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Customer Service skills / VIP Support
