Machine Development Project Manager
Your missions:
* Manage projects for the development of our robotics agricultural machines containing mechanical, hydraulics, fluidics, electro-mechanical, electrical and computer/control/sensors components.
* Together with the CPO and the product managers, define the project scope, goals, and deliverables
* Specify, plan, and implement our product development project from concept, qualification, industrialization and production launch.
* Define required resources for tasks and manage budgets
* Create schedules and project timelines, track deliverables
* Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
* Identify project risks and opportunities
* Collaborate with external entities (sub-contractors, fabrication and assembly partners) with travels in Europe and outside Europe from time to time.
* Collaborate closely with various teams while reporting directly to the CPO
Your profile:
* Master degree in micro engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering.
* At least five years of proven experience as a project manager in a product development environment for large machine design containing mechanical, hydraulics, fluidics electro-mechanical and electrical components, such as industry machinery, agriculture or industrial vehicles, electrical vehicles, etc.
* A project management qualification (PMI, PMP) or equivalent
* Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
* Comfortable with Agile/SCRUM methods
* Fluent in technical english (oral and written B2/C1)
