You aren't just managing a roadmap; you are building the engine that allows our entire team to scale. You will work side‑by‑side with the Head of Engineering to translate complex business requirements into seamless digital tools, ensuring every feature released is functional, high‑quality, and impactful.Key ResponsibilitiesObserve manual workflows used by care coordinators and clinicians to identify friction points and design automated solutions that improve efficiencyLead the development of the Total Life Internal OS, ensuring non‑technical staff have the digital tools they need to provide world‑class careUtilize Figma or similar tools to build wireframes and low‑fidelity prototypes. You will visualize logic and user flows to gain stakeholder buy‑in before moving into the development phaseOwn the journey of a feature from the initial stakeholder wish list through to technical documentation, development, and final productionManage a high‑volume intake of tickets in Jira/Linear. You will be responsible for distinguishing between urgent bugs and strategic enhancements, ensuring the team is always working on the highest‑impact tasksLead rigorous Manual QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will be responsible for catching edge cases and writing comprehensive bug reports (including logs and reproduction steps) to ensure a stable environment for our clinical teamPartner daily with the Head of Engineering to ensure the development roadmap is technically sound and perfectly aligned with clinical and operational prioritiesAct as the bridge between business needs and technical reality.
