For our client, a company in the manufacturing industry based in Zug, we are looking for an IT supporter for a permanent role.
Your responsibilities:
* You ensure 1st & 2nd level IT support on-site.
* Together with your colleague, you are responsible for ensuring, monitoring, and further developing the IT infrastructure.
* Additionally, you ensure user management, including access management.
* Your tasks also include the installation, configuration, and support of PC, peripheral, multimedia, and mobile devices.
* You coordinate 3rd-level support and are also responsible for planning, leading, and implementing small IT infrastructure projects with external partners.
* Furthermore, you support and collaborate in larger, global IT projects.
Your qualifications:
* You have basic training as an IT specialist EFZ (Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence) or an equivalent qualification.
* You have at least 3 years of experience in system administration and IT support.
* Additionally, you have good knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows & M365).
* Ideally, you have experience with SCCM and/or Autopilot, Intune, Endpoint Manager.
* You are familiar with current IT trends and technologies.
* Besides German, you also enjoy using your English skills daily (at least B2 level).
* You are a friendly and service-oriented personality and enjoy customer contact.
