External Sales Professional
We are seeking a proactive External Sales Representative to support the Bern, Wallis, Jura, and Ticino regions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our customers find the best solutions using our products.
Job Responsibilities
1. Account Management: Manage, advise, and maintain relationships with existing clients, acquire new customers, and re-engage former clients.
2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, including customer- and product-specific pricing.
3. Customer Representation: Represent the company professionally and competently externally.
4. Order Acquisition: Secure orders from contractors, distributors, and prefabricators.
5. Sales Advisory Services: Advise and sell our systems and products to construction companies, retailers, and prefabricators, including on-site application advice.
6. CRM Data Management: Maintain CRM data accurately, including project details, visits, follow-ups, and customer information.
7. Offer Preparation: Prepare offers as needed.
Candidate Profile
1. Education and Experience: Technical education in construction, steel, or metal industries, or relevant experience in construction sales and planning.
2. Outside Sales Experience: Several years of outside sales experience in construction or construction supply industries.
3. Software Proficiency: Proficient in CRM, SAP, MS Office.
4. Languages: Fluent in German, French, and English.
