Job Description
* Lead of a dedicated Sales & Operations Planner and coordinate planning process
* Drive commercial part of S&OP process globally (process, inventory, safety stock etc.)
* Support Industry Management with regular and ad hoc analysis
* Volume flows 3rd and Intercompany analysis
* Monitor selling and marketing costs
* Coordinate Sales Forecast & Budget process
* Run and continue to develop QlikView and QlikSense tools
* Support Commercial teams with target tracking globally incl. market initiatives & opportunities
* Support product portfolio analysis and streamlining
* Define and drive execution plan for SMI (Slow Moving Items) with PM & Commercial teams globally
* Support Industry Management meeting content, preparation on commercial topics (projects, customers input etc.)
* Special projects on special request
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales/Marketing, Logistics or Finance
* Extensive work experience in commercial, marketing, sales (B2B), customer service etc.
* Strong knowledge in Finance and strong commercial understanding (pricing etc.)
* Expertise in logistics, forecasting and inventory management
* Knowledge in intercultural exchange and working together in multinational teams
* Strong analytical skills and experience working with MS Excel, Salesforce.com and SAP for customer master data management
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, German is a plus
