I'm working with a leading global organisation who are embarking on a strategic HR transformation programme - rolling out SAP SuccessFactors across Europe.
They require a SuccessFactors EC Integration Lead to join them on a permanent basis and take ownership of integration design and configuration for the German rollout phase.
This role will focus on bridging HR business process and technical integration, ensuring seamless data flow between SuccessFactors EC, IAM, and SAP HCM, and enabling a successful rollout of the next critical country in their European transformation.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse HR business processes and data flows across European entities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed IT and integration specifications.
• Configure and customise SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) for local requirements.
• Design and specify interfaces between EC, IAM, and SAP HCM systems.
• Support testing, UAT, and rollout activities to ensure quality and stability.
• Collaborate closely with global HR and IT stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC configuration.
• Proven background in integration design (CPI, middleware, or API-based).
• Good understanding of SAP HCM and HR data structures.
• Ability to bridge HR process analysis and technical delivery.
• Fluency in English and German (B2+) is essential.
