Job Description
* The job includes managing the entire IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, MS Exchange, and SQL.
* You will be the point of contact for users, providing 1st and 2nd level support, both locally and via phone.
* You will be responsible for system maintenance, patch management, and backups.
* You will create documentation according to GMP guidelines, support internal training, and analyze ERP and CRM data.
Responsibilities
* Managing the entire IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, MS Exchange, and SQL.
* Providing 1st and 2nd level support to users, both locally and via phone.
* Performing system maintenance, patch management, and backups.
* Creating documentation according to GMP guidelines, supporting internal training, and analyzing ERP and CRM data.
Qualifications
* EFZ training in computer science with a focus on system technology, supplemented by several years of experience in operating and maintaining Windows client and server infrastructures.
* In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and common Microsoft services such as Exchange and SQL Server.
* Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, are required for team collaboration and technical documentation.
