As the Global Organizational Development Manager, you play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and readiness through strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing performance. This role involves implementing and managing various organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, blueprints, team development, and change management support. This position can be based in Ebikon or Singapore.
We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
* Developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating organizational development strategies and programs to enhance employee engagement and performance
* Driving organizational design initiatives, including the design and implementation of operating model blueprints
* Driving continuous improvement of our global job catalog and its application in SuccessFactors
* Supporting legal entities in applying standardized and automated reporting of Full-time-equivalent (FTE) and Headcount (HC)
* Collaborating with various departments, including Finance, HR Analytics & Reporting, and Strategy Deployment Office to ensure alignment and integration of organizational development initiatives
* Providing change management support to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes
We Elevate... Your Best Self
* Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Business Administration)
* 5 to 10 years of experience in organizational development or a related field
* Consulting experience gained in an international environment is a strong plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
* Microsoft Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
* You have permission to work in Switzerland or Singapore
