Own the product vision and backlog for Voyage Calculation: Plan and govern value delivery by managing the requirements life cycle, engaging stakeholders, and prioritizing/validating increments to realize measurable benefits within agreed scope, risk, and quality.
What the product does
Voyage Calculation platforms aggregate operational and financial data to calculate costs and revenues per voyage. This forms the basis for financial control and profitability decisions across the fleet.
Key responsibilities
Maintain and communicate a clear product vision and quarterly roadmap aligned to Finance and IT priorities.
Convert business needs into Epics/Features/PBIs with acceptance criteria, lead backlog refinement and prioritization. Define sprint goals.
Coordinate UAT. Ensure what’s delivered matches expectations. Own the testing and approval of features before go-live.
Engage stakeholders (Business, IT), steward decisions and traceability.
Proactively manage dependencies and risks.
Ensure business continuity: own the incident management policy and address urgent business request.
Qualifications & experience
7-10 years as Product Owner or Business Analyst delivering complex data/finance platforms within an Agile/Scrum process.
Strong stakeholder engagement and structured communication.
Ability to work in ambiguous environments and keep structure and documentation aligned.
Domain exposure to shipping and/or finance is a strong plus.
Strong analytical skills.
Team player.
