Tasks
Lead and manage complex IT security projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization and adherence to quality and cost targets
Develop, evolve and maintain the company's information security program, including policies, standards and processes
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and project teams, providing expert guidance on security strategies and risk mitigation
Collaborate closely with Corporate IT and cross-functional teams to implement robust security controls and measures
Conduct regular risk assessments and IT audits to identify vulnerabilities and evaluate existing controls
Monitor emerging threats and trends, proactively implementing countermeasures to safeguard the organization
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus
Proven track record in IT security, ideally in complex, multinational environments
Strong knowledge of information security standards, best practices and deep expertise in IT security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI-KritisV, TISAX)
Solid experience with project management methodologies and tools with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High proficiency in English (written and spoken), German language skills are advantageous
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives within a globally distributed team
