Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Delivery Project Executive – Marketing & Sales, you will lead CRM and commercial transformation programs, enabling clients to drive growth and customer engagement through platforms such as Salesforce, Veeva, and other leading CRM solutions.
* Lead delivery of CRM and go-to-market transformation programs.
* Oversee implementations across Salesforce, Veeva, and related platforms.
* Partner with sales, marketing, and commercial leadership.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior business leaders.
* Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape solutions across consulting, cloud, data, and AI.
* Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
* Lead cross-functional teams across business, IT, and delivery organizations.
* Act as the primary client point of contact for project delivery, risk management, and issue resolution.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice sharing within the delivery organization.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
* 10+ years of experience in CRM delivery and sales transformation.
* Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes.
* Proven experience delivering Salesforce, Veeva, or similar CRM platforms.
* Proven track record of delivering complex IT or business transformation projects.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or equivalent).
* CPG/FMCG industry experience is required.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Swiss / EU nationality or valid Swiss work permit.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
* Experience in Global CRM rollouts.
* Familiarity with IBM tools, processes, and delivery governance frameworks.
* Certification in PMP or Agile methodologies.
* French or German language is an asset.
