As a Retail Merchandising Project Manager, you will play a key role in bringing our Retail concept to life – from design and sourcing to implementation and global market support. In this position, you will report to the Team Lead Retail Merchandising.
Your contribution:
POS openings:
* You will review architectural plans for Boutiques and Shop-in-shops in order to define and prepare the material lists required for a successful opening: decoration items, displays, POS essentials and accessories.
* You will ensure on-time delivery and flawless implementation according to guidelines.
* You will oversee the integration of key brand elements (music, scent, etc).
Design & Development:
* You will design and develop decorative elements and POS accessories highlighting our universes and aligned with our corporate identity and story.
* You will create and provide artworks for local activations, in collaboration with other departments (Retail Operations, Events, etc).
* You will enhance existing materials in line with brand evolution & Retail concept.
Sourcing & Procurement:
* You will liaise with suppliers, manage the production of prototypes and the approval process.
* You will oversee stock levels of decorative elements and ordering process.
* You will negotiate costs, terms and lead times.
* You will manage internal ordering process, ensure timely delivery and implementation of materials.
Guidelines & Implementation:
* You will create and update guidelines, catalogs and presentations.
* You will provide tailored solutions for markets worldwide.
* You will support our markets globally and support them for any Retail Merchandising queries.
Administrative tasks:
* You will monitor purchase order numbers in SAP, ensuring timely invoice management and payments.
* You will manage stock of all decorative elements using SAP.
* You will coordinate shipments with the internal and external logistics stakeholders.
* You will maintain the accuracy of various working documents.
* You will collect compliance documents for customs clearance.
* You will handle legal documents with suppliers.

You will fit well to our squad if you have:
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising or retail design. Experience in luxury, watch industry or creative agency is a plus.
* Proven project management experience.
* Relevant experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).
* Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint).
* Strong organizational abilities
* Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry and monitoring stock levels meticulously.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
* Time Management: Efficiently managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Customer Service Orientation: Ensuring stakeholders' needs are met promptly and effectively.
* Proactive Attitude: Taking initiative to improve processes and solve problems before they escalate.
* You are fluent in English. Any additional language is a plus.
