- Welcome and advise our customers with professionalism and dynamism
- Plan and coordinate workshop appointments
- Open, monitor and close repair orders
- Ensure smooth communication between customers, the workshop and suppliers
- Guarantee precise and efficient administrative follow-up
- Monitor warranties, quotes, invoicing and customer files
- Optimise vehicle downtime
- Actively participate in customer satisfaction and loyalty
YOUR PROFILE
- Technical or commercial training in automotive, commercial vehicles or logistics
- Experience as an after-sales service advisor or in a similar role
- Very good organisational and prioritisation skills
- Comfortable with IT tools and ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
- Proactive, autonomous and positive personality
