About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually curious Quantitative Analyst to join our data-driven team. In this role, you’ll apply statistical and mathematical techniques to solve complex problems — from building risk models to developing trading strategies or forecasting business outcomes.
You’ll work closely with other analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders in a remote-first, high-performance environment where your models will directly inform decisions.
What You’ll Do Develop quantitative models for pricing, risk, forecasting, or strategic optimization
Analyze large financial or business datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques
Work with teams across trading, investment, risk, or operations (depending on business focus)
Conduct backtesting, stress testing, and scenario simulations
Improve or build tools that automate analysis, modeling, or reporting workflows
Translate quantitative insights into actionable business or trading strategies
Document methodologies and ensure model integrity and transparency
You’re a Great Fit If You: Are based in Switzerland and fluent in English (German/French a plus)
Hold a degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering)
Have 2–5+ years of experience in quantitative modeling, financial analytics, or applied statistics
Are highly proficient in Python, R, or MATLAB, and SQL for data manipulation
Have experience building and validating models using real-world data
Understand financial instruments, market data, and/or economic indicators
Can clearly communicate quantitative findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Points If You: Have experience in algorithmic trading, portfolio optimization, or credit risk modeling
Are familiar with Monte Carlo simulations, time series forecasting, or machine learning techniques
Know tools like Bloomberg, FactSet, QuantLib, or Jupyter
Understand derivatives pricing, VaR, CVaR, or financial regulation
Have experience working in fintech, hedge funds, or investment banking
