Aveva System Platform and IT Support Specialist
This role involves providing technical support for AVEVA System Platform and other related systems within the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, experience with AVEVA System Platform, and related hardware infrastructure.
About the Job:
The Aveva System Platform and IT Support Specialist will work closely with the automation team to support software development, testing, commissioning, and qualification. Additionally, they will provide IT L2/L3 support, execute system changes and optimization under site change control, and manage application health.
Main Responsibilities:
* Review and analyze business User Requirements Specification Documents.
* Support software development, testing, commissioning, and qualification.
* Provide IT L2/L3 support.
* Execute system changes and optimization under site change control.
* Manage end-to-end IT incidents.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Familiarity with ISA 88 and GAMP.
* Minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
* Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred but not essential.
* IT experience preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
