**Brand Marketing & Consumer Engagement Advisor**

Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to developing a comprehensive 360-degree consumer engagement plan aligned with regional business priorities.
2. Support regional campaign deployment, oversee website content quality, and ensure high standards.
3. Assist in executing initiatives such as trade shows, demo days, PR, and community events, ensuring seamless integration with local teams.
4. Manage impactful annual product launches with timely asset availability.
5. Deploy promotional programs and tools to support dealer marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
* Approximately 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in brand management.
* Interest or experience in powersports, automotive, or outdoor industries.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.
* Proactive attitude: accountable, adaptable, pragmatic, and focused on delivering impactful results.
* Collaborative mindset: team player with transparent communication skills.
* Experience working in an international matrix organization and cross-functional collaboration.

The role is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with approximately 10% travel expected.
