Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Lausanne. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. On a day-to-day basis, the role requires generating leads, negotiating contracts, delivering presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance business outreach. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to expanding the client base and driving revenue growth while representing Resilience Institute's values and mission.
Qualifications
* Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals effectively
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and account management
* Strategic thinking and business development expertise to identify new opportunities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining client relationships
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets
* Team collaboration skills to work closely with marketing and other internal teams
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Fluency in multiple languages, including English and French, is an advantage
* Prior experience in the training, consulting, or corporate services industry is a plus
