What you can expect from us

We are looking for a Junior Automation Support to join our Operational Risk & Functional Management group within Operations with immediate effect or by arrangement. In this important role, you will support our development teams and business departments in the registration of new RPA solutions and in the management of access rights and technical resources. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring smooth processes as well as increasing efficiency.

Your tasks

work together with Robot Operators to coordinate the registration of new RPA solutions

perform Access Management tasks by ordering and managing access rights, smart cards and other required technical resources

troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access rights, robot configurations and other technical requirements

maintain and update RPA related documents updated in accordance with internal policies

openness and willingness to actively support further projects in the area of Operational Risk & Functional Management

What you should bring

commercial apprenticeship or first professional experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in the field of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) or IT Support

willingness to develop into an RPA support specialist role

customer-oriented, independent and proactive personality with good communication skills

capable of thinking logically in order to troubleshoot and solve issues

motivation to learn how to develop RPA robots using Automation Anywhere

basic knowledge of any programming language is an advantage

good written and spoken English skills, written and spoken German skills are an advantage
