PbSenior Specialist Tax Reporting Funds /b h3Aufgaben /h3 ul liPreparation of tax reports for private equity funds for investors in the German-speaking Europe /li liAd hoc handling of various projects relating to reporting for investors /li liAssistance with ongoing tax cases for Switzerland, Germany and Austria and support with tax provisions /li liSupport with the tax due diligence process and tax structuring /li liCoordination of external service providers in the preparation of tax reports for investors (CRS, AEOI) /li liQuality control of external law firms and service providers during the annual tax compliance process, review of tax returns prepared by external parties, coordination of tax reporting procedures and maintenance of databases /li liReviewing operational tax methodology and conducting ongoing reviews of tax processes and internal controls /li liMonitoring changes to tax regulations in the DACH region and assessing the impact of such changes on the fund business /li liEnsuring strict compliance with all relevant risk procedures /li liImplementing new tax regulations /li liFurther developing the department (processes and systems) and participating in tax projects /li liHandling various ad hoc projects relating to tax reporting for investors /li /ul h3Qualifikation /h3 ul liMaster’s in Finance or Taxation /li liFurther training in taxation would be an advantage /li liExperience in international tax law as well as with German tax reports, gained whilst working at a bank, a tax consultancy firm or an audit firm /li liKnowledge of typical fund structures, distributions from investment funds and their impact on tax reporting /li liInterest in working closely with clients in the German-speaking Europe and applying practical and business insights to technical tasks /li liAnalytical, team-oriented personality with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset /li liAbility to work independently and with precision /li liInterest in multitasking and setting priorities /li liHigh level of reliability and a strong sense of responsibility /li liEloquent communicator /li liProficient in MS Office programmes, including Excel /li liGerman and English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
