Are you ready to lead strategic customer excellence initiatives on a global scale? We’re looking for a Global Sales Customer Excellence Manager to drive coordination, performance, and innovation across our Customer Excellence teams. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, international environment

How you create impact

* Lead and support the deployment of customer excellence strategies across your assigned hemisphere
* Coordinate pipeline planning and align capacity with key stakeholders
* Monitor tender management performance and drive continuous improvement
* Guide and support your team with administrative tasks, performance reviews, and best practice sharing
* Oversee tender processes in collaboration with Key Account Managers, including strategy definition, pricing alignment, and value proposition development
* Support post-mortem reviews and ensure smooth handovers to implementation teams
* Coordinate spot quotes, rate card updates, and customer setup maintenance
* Prepare and lead business reviews with internal and external stakeholders

What we would like you to bring

* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering
* 5–10 years of experience in pricing, tender management, or customer excellence (minimum 2 years in a leadership role)
* 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
* Strong knowledge of supply chain management and consultative selling
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Experience with process mapping or re-engineering (., Six Sigma, SCOR)
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict mediation skills
* Strong customer focus, commercial acumen, and leadership mindset
* Fluent in English; local language proficiency is a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally
