Lead Senior Consultant 100% (m/w/d)
Job Description:
* Ensuring the budget achievement of the own unit while maintaining standards and quality policy through market analysis, market development, data maintenance, and living the Randstad values
* Support in achieving qualitative goals regarding Talent Forward
* Matching supply and demand in the market for permanent positions and temporary business and providing a consulting service for clients, flexworkers, and applicants in specific sectors of the local labor market
* Acting as Deputy Branch Manager with decision-making authority
* Onboarding and supervising the consultants in the respective branch
* Deployment and vacation planning for employees
* Collaboration on marketing activities
* Implementation of customer orientation (Talent & Client) as well as sales standards in the branch
What do you need to be successful in this job?
* You have completed a basic commercial apprenticeship and have at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience as a Senior Consultant
* Further training as an HR Assistant is an advantage
* Affinity for complex IT systems
* You deal positively with change
* You have strong communication skills, can give and also accept feedback
* Independence and readiness to take responsibility are part of your daily routine
* You are an open and forward-thinking personality and bring a proactive way of working as well as new ideas to the daily business
* You act as a role model in leadership situations and
* You are a French native speaker and have very good English skills (at least B2 level)
