Your Tasks
This role involves overseeing customer service in French-speaking Switzerland, leading a small team of technicians who cater to clients active in sports, mountaineering, and events. Our systems comprise access gates, machines, servers, PCs, and the necessary software for access control.
* Responsibility for the technician team and call center operations
* Service contract management
* Resource planning and allocation
* First- and second-level telephone support
* On-call service availability
* Incident management and resolution
* Customer Support and Service Delivery
Your Profile
* A degree in electronics engineering, automation engineering, or computer science, or equivalent qualifications
* Experience in managing technical teams
* Familiarity with PC environments, computer networks, Microsoft operating systems (servers), Linux, and SQL databases
* Excellent customer communication skills
* Proficiency in French, with very good English language skills; German is an asset
* A valid driving license
