Partner with senior management to shape and evolve JobCloud’s brand strategy and architecture, ensuring bold differentiation and compelling storytelling across all channels
– Own and activate our brand architecture – developing campaigns, guidelines, and narratives that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences
– Elevate JobCloud as an employer of choice by infusing our brand values into internal and external communications
– Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and UX to create a seamless and powerful brand experience.
– Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing Brand & Communications team of 7 employees, while tracking success through data-driven KPIs
Minimum of 5 years‘ brand marketing experience, ideally in digital or tech companies; Energetic and creative mindset paired with strong communication skills
– Excellent communicator in German and English (French is a plus)
