We are recruiting a Business Analyst - Business Projects to strengthen the IT department of our client located in the Neuchâtel region. If you are ready to take on a new challenge, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
* Design and structure projects as a Business Analyst - Business Projects.
* Analyze and formalize needs according to strategic objectives.
* Organize and facilitate business/project workshops.
* Propose suitable solutions.
* Participate in planning, monitoring, and coordinating initiatives.
* Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders.
* Support change implementation.
* Define and monitor key success indicators via KPIs.
* Conduct project post-mortems and evaluations.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in project management or BI (or equivalent).
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of office tools.
* Strong familiarity with project management tools (Planner, Azure, DevOps, Jira, etc.).
* Good knowledge of Power BI and Tableau.
* Fluent in French and English.
