The role
Responsibilities
As a Lead Delivery Manager at Zühlke, your responsibilities include:
Leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Ensuring the delivery aligns with client goals and delivers business value.
Building and leading multidisciplinary project teams, empowering colleagues and client teams.
Establishing trust-based relationships with clients as a partner and advisor, understanding their context.
Supporting bid and proposal processes through effort estimation, solution design, and planning.
What’s important to us
Experience managing complex projects in software engineering, IT solutions, or technology consulting.
Cross-industry knowledge and confidence working in a corporate environment.
T-shaped skillset with broad understanding of business and technology, and deep expertise in specific areas.
Strong customer orientation and a structured, solution-driven approach to challenges.
Proven leadership of diverse, multidisciplinary project teams.
University degree (bachelor’s at minimum, master’s preferred). Project management certifications (e.g., PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, SAFe) are advantageous.
Native-level German (C1) and very good English skills are required.
