About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive and team‑spirited ½ Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of our venues, where refined techniques meet bold, flavorful cuisine.
This is your chance to be part of a restaurant concept that comes alive, a space where culinary artistry, ambiance and lifestyle converge to deliver a premium, high‑energy dining experience in the heart of the Swiss Alps.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Chef de Partie and kitchen leadership in the service operations, from prep to plating.
* Execute dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency according to 5‑star culinary standards.
* Contribute to the identity of the venues by embracing their concepts and unique storytelling.
* Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in accordance with HACCP and internal procedures.
* Be proactive in your approach, from anticipating needs in the kitchen to suggesting fresh ideas.
* Collaborate closely with your teammates, demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and team spirit in a fast‑paced service environment.
Qualifications
You have a true passion for cooking and attention to detail, especially in a fine dining dinner setting. You enjoy the rhythm and energy of evening service, and know how to stay sharp and inspired from start to finish. You bring a positive, can‑do attitude and value cleanliness, organization, and collaboration. You’re eager to grow within a creative and supportive team under the iconic W brand.
Position to be filled for the Winter season: December 2026 to March 2027.
