Your Impact: You will further develop our controlling structures and instruments that create real transparency about our central business processes and further develop project and order controlling
You will be responsible for consolidation (13 group companies) and group-wide reporting and ensure timely closing.
You will analyze financial and operational key figures and derive well-founded recommendations for action for management
You are actively involved in budget, forecasting and planning processes
You will work closely with international subsidiaries and internal stakeholders and act as a business partner
Your Experience and Competencies: Business education (e.g. expert in accounting & controlling, master in controlling, etc.)
Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in an international environment
Experience in project controlling or in a project-based business as well as in the establishment or further development of controlling structures
Very good knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and/or IFRS as well as practical experience in consolidation
Very good Excel skills, as well as experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics F&O, Odoo, Tagetik, BI tools)
Very good knowledge of German, as well as very good written and spoken English
