For one of our clients, a leading international engineering and construction company specializing in high-tech facilities, we are looking for an interim Construction Manager to support a high-priority project in the Basel area.
General Information
Start date: ASAP (ideally within 1-4 weeks)
Duration: initially 6 months, with potential extension up to several years (project duration up to approx. 5 years)
Workplace: Basel
Home office: No, 100% onsite
Working hours: Standard
Tasks & responsibilities
Drive hands-on construction management directly on-site
Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activities
Ensure strict quality control, schedule adherence, and seamless execution
Collaborate closely with the Project Management and Engineering teams
Maintain active, visible involvement in day-to-day site operations
Requirements
Experience in industrial construction projects
Exposure to building services / TGA is an advantage
Pharma / GMP experience is a plus, not mandatory
Pragmatic, hands‑on mindset
Very good German skills (must have)
Good working level of English required
